Following a tender process, Young’s pubs decided to move away from their current provider. For the pub group, it was important to minimise any disruption a change might have on operations, which became a key cornerstone of the project. Cleenol was ultimately selected because of their ability to manage this changeover seamlessly.

• 231 pubs transitioned in the first phase, with 40 more added the following spring.

• Over 500 members of staff were given training on COSHH,product dosage and usage.
