A manual high active pot washing detergent containing an effective bactericide to kill micro-organisms and prevent cross infection. The product has efficient degreasing properties and may be used for cleaning food storage areas and preparation surfaces. Complies with BS EN 1276 when used neat with a 5 minute contact time.
