Back in March, members of Cleenol took part in an anonymous survey to establish their thoughts and opinions about working at Cleenol for the Sunday Times Best Places to Work. The answers were then collated by a third party company to be scored against 6 key factors. These factors are the Six Steps to Workplace Happiness. Our Results for the Six Steps to Workplace Happiness are: Reward & Recognition - Excellent (84%) Information Sharing - Excellent (80%) Empowerment - Excellent (83%) Wellbeing - Excellent (84%) Instilling Pride - Excellent (83%) Job Satisfaction - Excellent (83%) Due to our outstanding results we secured a spot in the Top 100 Medium Organisation's Best Places to Work 2024. We are thrilled to share the fantastic success we experienced over four action-packed days at the world’s leading cleaning and hygiene tradeshow, Interclean Amsterdam! With a larger stand this year, our expectations were higher than ever, and we are proud to say we exceeded them. Our stand was buzzing with visitors from start to finish. We had the pleasure of connecting with people from around the globe, catching up with our valued existing customers, and forging exciting new connections. The energy was immense, and the interactions were enriching. This year was particularly special as we broke our record for the number of leads collected, surpassing all previous exhibitions. Our dedicated sales team is now meticulously following up with each lead, transforming these opportunities into long-standing customer relationships. The positive feedback we received post-exhibition has been incredibly uplifting, with many praising the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our stand. - Going the extra mile- the weight is now over! Project 75
A huge congratulations and thank you to Joe and Amanda for completing their Project75 challenges! Together they have raised over £1500 for 3 fantastic charities and should be beaming with pride for their achievements. Amanda set out a goal to lose 75lbs in just 75 weeks and although their may have been temptations along the way, she has not let them get in the way of achieving her target! Her determination has been incredible, well done. In the fast-paced world of business, it's easy to fall into the trap of routine and familiarity. We used a new venue this time round which conveniently aligned with this meeting’s theme of testing our comfort zone leading to an early morning swim in an outside lake of 7 degrees Celsius! While it was a real challenge, it set the tone for an inspiring and productive meeting. We discovered a newfound sense of resilience and camaraderie, as we faced the challenge head-on together. We're excited to implement the insights gained from the experience and meeting to help propel our team to even greater heights. Led by Sam Greaves, the fourth-generation Managing Director of Cleenol, this initiative holds special significance for us. Our official launch event for Cleenol in the Community was held on Friday, March 22, 2024, at our office in Beaumont Road, Banbury. We were honoured to welcome esteemed guests, including MP Victoria Prentis, local charities, and dignitaries, to join us as we marked this important milestone.
