Training and Service Support

Cleenol offers Free Loan dispensers with full installation service for dishwashers and washing machines. Our in-person and online training services will keep your team safe and compliant, and make sure your chemical supply is on track.

• Product and COSHH Awareness Training
  Cleenol provides educational programmes to inform your staff about our products and the relevant Health & Safety Act, including Health & Safety, COSHH and CLP regulations. Learn more >

• Dishwashing Service & Chemical Dispenser Supply
  Cleenol provides automatic chemical dosing equipment on a free loan basis to be connected if there is no provision for integral dosing on the dishwasher (a minimum of 36 months contract is required). This equipment will be calibrated for the selected product for the water condition provided, and all dishwashing operators and kitchen users will be trained on safety and usage. Learn more >

• Laundry Support
  We offer “Free On Loan Agreements” (FOLAs) for Auto Dosing Systems (ADS) for our professional laundry chemicals. The contract includes a free set-up, one service call per year and a free breakdown cover in case of system failure. At installation, all wash programmes are installed and the laundry staff is trained by the Cleenol installation team.

  Cleenol provides a range of wall charts, leaflets, posters and guides to support the training needs and requirements for all your staff when using cleaning chemicals.
